We aim to assist and arrange for you your medical insurance needs. To provide such a service, we may need to collect personal data such as name, address, dates of birth, employment, family information, contact details plus your passport or identification verification documents. This is required in order for us to assist you with the cover arranged on your behalf by your employer.
Medical details may be required in order to provide relevant claims handling services that may occur. Any medical details will always be kept confidential within the firm and if shared will be marked Private & Confidential to the Medical Officer / Practitioner or Key Person dealing with your claim.
Your information may also be used to help with ongoing administration, to contact you with any review or changes that are applicable, for our own business research and analysis or for the processing of a claim. Withholding of the required data may result in an insufficient service being provided or claims being declined.
We may obtain data from individual customers, introducer financial services firms, insurance companies, employers or from medical providers.

we may be required to transfer your data outside of the EU/UK or the EU commission arrangements. This would include worldwide coverage as our medical network requires to extend to all countries in order for us to service all members wherever they are based or require medical assistance. In these circumstances, we will ensure that safeguarding due diligence has been undertaken on the organisation to which data is being transferred where it is possible to do so.
